Cancelation Policy

 

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice.

Our Policy:

  • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, without proper notice, we may not be able to accommodate you. Please call the salon to let us know of your late arrival and we can let you know if this will affect your appointment time. In this case, without the proper notice, the same cancellation fee will apply . We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient for you. 

  • We may require a credit card to hold your appointment. This will only take place after you have broken the cancellation policy. Your online booking account may also become locked and scheduling appointments would only be done by calling the salon directly. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.

  • In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. If this cancellation policy has been broken, we will email you to notify you of the next steps to book and appointment with us. We thank you all for the understanding 

Service Guarantee

We take very good awareness in making sure you always leave Beauvisage feeling happy and well taken of. We love to make sure all of your needs are met before you even leave. Our service guarantee are up to 3 days for nails and skin and up to 7 days for hair. If there is something you don't like about your completed service, please let as know within that timeframe for a free correction. 

Product Return Policy 

 After you go home with your products and begin to use them, if you feel they are not quite right for you, then bring them back! Products can be used but must be over half full when returned. Products may only be exchanged for another product, we cannot refund.  * Limited to hair products only
