Beauvisage Salon and Spa
During this time, we are all living in a moment where we have to navigate life differently. At Beauvisage, we take the safety of our clients and staff very seriously. Below, you will find all the information needed to help protect the safety of YOU and our staff during your hair services.
Being educated in proper care for our clients and staff will help overcome the spread of COVID-19. We cannot wait to see you all soon and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for being extremely patient while we deal with the new way of life.
We at Beauvisage Salon & Spa are doing everything we can to help protect you, our clients, as well as our staff. We will be closely following the Center of Disease Control (CDC), local health department as well as the New Hampshire Board of Barbering, Cosmetology, and Aesthetics guidelines with regard to social distancing practices as well as the cleaning and disinfection of our salon and spa in order to reduce the spread of Novel Coronavirus, or COVID-19. This will require many things such as; staff to maintain six (6) feet of distance between ourselves and you, the client, as much as possible unless performing your service. We will also be requiring this same procedure for client-to-client contact in order to limit the exposure to all individuals.
Upon entering for your appointment you will see that we have a few notes on our doors. One stating to please remain in your cars until we come to you. Before exiting the vehicle, please text your stylist and let them know you are here, or call the main number. We will then let you know how long we will be and come to you once we have safety and effectively cashed out our previous clients. Due to guidelines, we are unable to have more then 7 working members, each with one client only, totaling (14) people total inside the establishment at all times.
Upon retrieving you from your vehicle, you will be asked a series of questions relating to symptoms and health. Below is the list of symptoms. If you are experiencing any of these, you will be asked to kindly reschedule your appointment.
Fever of 99 degrees or above, or possible fever symptoms like alternating chills and sweating
Trouble breathing, shortness of breath or sever wheezing
Chills or repeated shaking with chills
Loss of smell or taste, or a change in taste
Have had contact with an individual who has shown signs of the above symptom within the past 14 days
Have been around anyone with confirmed COVID within the past 14 days
Once entering the facility, we ask you a series of questions, take your temperature and then we will immediately take you to your station to be serviced. Our waiting are is currently closed at this time to prevent spreading. Once entering our chair, we will probably proceed with the service. Masks are to be worn at all times during your time at Beauvisage. We have plenty of hand sanitizer and cleaning products to safely proceed.
Once completed, we will be checking out a little differently. Please be patient with us as safety measures will slow things down just a little.
We thank you all for being so patient and understanding during this time. Please also know we are without a full time receptionist at this time. If you'd like to make, change, or reschedule an appointment, if needed, please leave you full name, number, appointment on our voicemail and we will get back to you with 24 hours.
